You know testimonials help businesses provide more trust in creating a positive connection.
Here’s 7 simple ideas to use:
  1. When you are with a client or get a call from a customer on the phone.... tape their comments and use them to play back to a new customer. Everyone likes to hear the vibration of telephone conversation. A short audio is always fun to hear.
  2. Take a photo of your customer. If you can do it in front of the product ... that would be  great. Have your marketing or advertising people do a layout of an Ad... print it on glossy paper and use it to mail to prospects or customers instead of a brochure.
  3. Use multiple testimonials on slideshow in your website. Have some music with the background. Create something fun that will keep your visitors for a few short minutes. Videos today are being watched so why not take advantage.
  4. Use the testimonial as an insert within a blog post and write your own comment to it.
  5. If your product or service goes out to famous people...get a photo of them and you. It doesn’t have to be just one written testimonial... group a bunch together for a quick presentation.
  6. When you are at a networking event. Take photos of yourself with the people. It’s a testimonial because they are with you in the photo. They must like you.
  7. Send a greeting card after a visit or presentation with a photo of them in it.  Add any comments or testimonials the customer has mentioned in the card. That card can also be sent to potential clients or customers if they know of the person. What if it was one of their competitors or companies they admire. It all works to winning a sale.
